Christmas Celebrations
It's been a hectic few days, but we had a great Christmas celebrating with lots of family! We plan on spending the next couple days working to getting back on our routine - no staying up until 10:30 and eating healthy! We feel blessed to have such wonderful families and are grateful for the time we get to spend with them. Here's some pictures from our Christmas.

Cookie Decorating
Last Saturday we went to grandma's for a cookie decorating party! Cousin Colete and her family came to visit from Alaska and got to meet Chandler for the first time. Regan, Braeden, and Carlin were so great with both kids. They are great kids and we miss them. Here's a few pics:

Christmas time is here!
After Thanksgiving we put up the tree and got Brooklynn excited for Christmas. She is most excited about snowmen and "Manta". Here's some pictures of the festivities so far.
Christmas tree complete! I guess decorating topless is the way to do it!

What's New.....
Chandler's 2 week doctor's appointment was last week - she's now 7 lb 7 oz and 21 inches long and as healthy as can be! The doctor also commented on how active she is - I think we're in for trouble!
Last week we went to the Denver Aquarium, because we hadn't been there in a long time. Here's a picture of the ladies with the tiger!

I love when she falls asleep like this - Brooklynn used to do the same thing!

Visitors!
We've had lots of visitors the last couple weeks to meet Miss Chandler. Last weekend Carrie flew out for a visit, and we had lots of fun with her! Thanks to everyone who has stopped by - sorry we didn't get pictures of everyone!

She's Finally Here!
After a quick but painful labor, Chandler Dion Wesling has arrived. She was born at 12:50 on November 4th weighing 7 lb 4 oz and 20 inches long. We drove to the hospital on Tuesday evening when I had some strong contractions but then were sent home, because they almost stopped when we arrived at the hospital. Sure enough early the next morning my water broke and there was no turning back!
We were discharged on Friday afternoon and arrived home to see Brooklynn, who we missed so much. She couldn't visit in the hospital because of the flu scare. We've spent the last few days just trying to catch our breath between diaper changes, feedings, and short bouts of sleep. Brooklynn has adjusted amazingly well and is in love with her "baby sister".
Steve has 4 weeks off (Thank God), so we have some time to figure this out!

Halloween Festivities
We've had a great time celebrating Halloween with Brooklynn this year. She now has a better idea of what's going on and loved being a moo cow! Last weekend she went with daddy and grandma & grandpa to the pumpkin patch.
We carved pumpkins on Monday and Tuesday. She was a little apprehensive at first, but once she got in there it was messy!
Making sure we followed the directions!

Our pumpkins! Of course we know who made the Broncos pumpkin!

On Halloween a large group of us took the kiddos to "Boo at the Zoo". You can see all the snow from our big storm, but the weather was really nice.
