Love our Short Days!

Wednesdays are early release days for Brooklynn, so we've been making it a point to pack up, pick her up, and then have a fun day!  Last week we went to the Botanic Gardens (one of our favorite spots).  The weather was beautiful, and the girls had a great time splashing in the river, playing store, and putting on a killer show!  We're making sure to enjoy this nice weather before the snow hits us!

Even though I felt guilty only putting Brooklynn in school half-day, I'm so glad I did.  It's been so much fun walking her to and from school everyday and then still being able to do our favorite activities.  I think it's helped her transition to going to school everyday by having something to look forward to after school.
